The Culture Audit™ of a company is an important process to track alignment and create the desired outcomes within your organization. There is a culture that exists within every organization.  It either works for you or works against you...the difference between a success and nurturing culture and one of disappointment and dysfunction. Enhancing and optimizing your culture should matter every bit as much as other performance indicators that you use to measure your company’s success.  The Culture Audit™ will give you a snapshot of your current company's culture and with this background you will have the ability to build on...a stronger more purposefully driven and aligned culture for success!

Steps in the Audit Process

  1. Work with the President/Managing partner to develop objectives and processes (HR Manager may be involved too)

  2. Establish the baseline of current leadership and culture through one-on-one meetings with key stakeholders - a process that creates buy-in.

  3. A half-day Alignment Workshop that will include:

  • Assessing organizational strengths and weaknesses

  • Identify Opportunities and threats

  • Who are we now and who do we want to be in the future?

  • How do we get there?

  • What changes need to be embraced for successful alignment to take place?

  • What does this alignment look like?

This Alignment workshop is the critical piece for change to take place. Improvement factors will look at leadership and opportunities. Organizational factors will look at structurally and environmentally what needs to take place. Performance factors will look at what drives behavior and are there the right incentives in place to motivate a new alignment.

Execution/Implementation: Must be disciplined, purposeful & measured

  • Thorough Progress Tracking (every 3 months)

  • Recalibration (if we are off track)

  • And having Celebrations along the way to reinforce the new culture
