Vision Boards help let you expand and challenge your thinking of the future! What can it look like? How are you challenging yourself? Are you and your company thinking about the future, its possibilities? or caught up in the mundane routine of bland strategy sessions. How do you get out of this rut and get you and your team energized and thinking of the what can be?
What's needed? tables, magazines, scissors, glue-sticks & 3'x3' cardboards
How it works - as individuals(10 minutes) you think about the possibilities, cut out words, phrases and pictures from magazines that help you express and envision what the future could look like; then as a group(5-8)you challenge one another's ideas, work together combining visions to paint(using glue-sticks, pictures, phrases, words and the cardboards) your company's future (20 minutes)! Each group then presents their Vision Board to the entire group. Great to do in afternoon when you need to inject energy to your strategy session!
